CGHpower is a tool for performing sample size calculations for array CGH experiments. For a description and citing, please use: Scheinin et al. (2010) BMC Bioinformatics 11:331 Sample outputs are available for the evaluation data sets.
Dataset and group names will be used in the output files.
The first four columns should contain the probe name, chromosome, start and end positions. The rest are the array log ratios. The file should have a header row (example file).
A list of column names that belong to group A, separated with commas, semicolons or newlines. Regular expressions are also supported.
A list of column names that belong to group B, separated with commas, semicolons or newlines. Regular expressions are also supported.
If users wish to perform dewaving for array platforms not listed here, it should be carried out before uploading.
